tail gate wont open

got a problem with tailgate not opening once unlocked tried from the inside and even the emergancy yellow one

any ideas?dont have a sld so it becoming a pain...

Does the catch inside move? Could be a stuck mechanism? Swift smack with a hammer maybe?

Give the rear door handle a bang, - Common problem, lever inside to door sticks

All moving parts free it seems to be the hasp area but cant get at it
