Where can I ground a wire near glovebox fusebox

Postby stehanson » Sat Mar 28, 2015 1:01 am

Looking to hardwire a dashcam using a fusetap (piggyback an existing ignition switched fuse) but not sure where is best to attach the black (ground) lead to.

Often there is a grounding point near the fusebox in cars/ vans etc with other ground wires attached near the fusebox but can't see any visable ground screw around the fusebox in the connect

Where is best to tie the black lead to? I think any metal area is ok, but need confirmation of this

Anyone used this method and can give advice?
