Faulty OS Dipped Headlight

Hi
I'm after some help please.
I have a 2003 Connect T200 and I've got a faulty OS headlight when on dipped. Works ok on side lights and main beam but not on dipped. NS headlight all working ok.
I have tried a new bulb on the OS and still faulty, plus I've checked the fuses in the engine comp and under the glove and they seem ok.

Any idea's as to what I should check next?

Voltage to the headlight bulb connector when connected and disconnected and then check the earth

Finally found out what was wrong. The main 12+ terminal connector below the highlight was un-plugged and then re-connected and the fault disappeared and the dipped beam came on, so it was poss a connector fault.
