Hi. My motor had a duff injector which ended up bending a conrod by the looks of things. I'm hoping I can rip the head off and the sump to pop the rod and piston out through the top to swap without removing the engine and gearbox from the van. Someone told me I may need the gearbox off to remove the secondary sump? Could someone please help solve this conundrum? Thanks.
Ah crap. Last thing I wanted to do. Difficult to arrange a crane. Thanks for the info. Losing the love for this thing rapidly. The easy fix is turning into a disaster. Tempted to dump the engine for a fresher one.
