2003 tddi connect wont start help

Hi

I have a transit connect 2003 and it won't start it won't even turn over when I turn the ignition on the glow plug light and the warning light under it is constant the millage is ------ the immobiliser light is flashing but at the same speed as when it's turned off I can get the mileage back if I disconnect the battery and reconnect it but soon as you turn the key it's back to ------ any help
