1st- 2nd gear misfire??

Hi all I have a 2007 t230 1.8tdci 110ps crew cab (ex-police)
And since I've had it every now and then it dies for a split second between 1st and 2nd gear it drives fine and pulls well other than this.
I changed an injector about 3months ago due to a fault code and thought this was relating to that but it still does it.
Any ideas what it could be?

Mine does that, but I thought it was me, as I usually drive automatics, and still getting used to the clutch. Seems to die and throw me forward in the seat, then pick up again, and all OK. Only seems to do it from 1st to 2nd, as you seem to have. Does not seem to do it on normal straight pull away, but mainly on pulling out of junctions and turning right or left, and happens mid turn.

Yes that sounds exactly the same I've started pulling out in 2nd gear now

my old connect did that from new guy from ford, not a dealer did a remap through the dealer perfect from then on
