connect cam belt change

hy all quick question really im in process of changing cam belt on connect ive got as far as cam cover and head off as haynes manual states but im not sure how to tell if engine is tdc do i need special tool or can i line something up ect please help

its hasnt no just over due , i succesfully changed today very easy to be honest
