P0622 Generator Field Terminal Circuit - ALTERNATOR
U1262 SCP (J1850) Communication Bus Fault
Injectors with excessive leak off require refurbishment (New internal parts etc) - Cleaning them will NOT solve the issue
As posted previously.....
Glow plug light flashing & engine going into limp mode. With following DTC's (error codes) stored.
P0251 Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control
P1211 Injector Control Pressure Higher/Lower Than Desired (engine running)
It will either be injector fault or fuel pump. Or in some cases both
Injector leak off test will confirm if injectors are at fault. - If 1 or 2 are faulty, it's best to replace all 4
Check diesel filter for swarf - If present, fuel pump has worn out.
Replacement fuel pump & injectors are required.
Above is a common problem effecting 2003-2006 Transit Connect 90ps TDCI's
P2291 Injector Control Pressure Too Low - Engine Cranking - Possibly blocked fuel filter.
Most cases when engine fails/difficult to start - worn out fuel pump.
