Hi guys, I'm having an issue with my new transit connect 2016 limited. The alarm has a feature that asks if I want it to be fully armed or part armed. (I have my dog with me most days) but it very rarely asks me so I've got to keep turning it off. It's been ha k to Gotd and they don't know as its something they've never seen.
I'm asking if any one can check on there vans or do you know the cure.

Have you set it to 'ask' in the convenience menu?
