05 transit connect help

Hi all I've recently bought a lwb high top connect.
I've been searching for the best part of 2-3 weeks about swapping the focus ecu to make it a 90ps van rather than a sluggish 75ps.... It's a tddi and I have got the ecu from a mk1 focus.
Just wanting to clear a few things up before I go spend money on getting pump coded etc....
All I have from the focus is the ecu!! Can I just go to local garage and plug ecu in then get keys and pump coded to focus ecu?? Local garage has some snap on versus or something says they can code pumps etc just unsure if it/They can code my pump and keys to focus ecu??

Youll need the transponder chip as well from the focus key to put in your key, then its just the pump that needs coding. And i used Snapon solus to code mine.

Balls...... I don't have the key is there no way of coding my keys?

I dont know is the answer,but if there is its going to cost you money. You can pick up an ecu and transponder cheaper than what it would cost i would think. Ive just looked on Ebay and there cheap enough if you look about. Ebay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/391508201323 £32.
