I have had no brake lights, the fuse is ok and i have installed a new brake switch. Also a new bulb in the high level brake light which now works, but both lower brake lights still dont work?? bulbs are ok. Any suggestions?

Brake lights not working

Hello again I have had no brake lights, the fuse is ok and i have installed a new brake switch. Also a new bulb in the high level brake light which now works, but both lower brake lights still dont work?? bulbs are ok. Any suggestions?

as daft as it sounds , are the brake light bulbs the correct fitment ?
i think they should be a twin filament bulb (tail & brake in 1 )

no they are seperate single filament bubs, and they were working up to three days ago

Just had a look at my diagram. According to it, high level lamp is fed from left hand rear cluster, so if it works and main bulb i LHS is OK, then only thing I can think of is bad earth on clusters.
