No Heat!

Hi, I have a 09 connect and there is no heat coming through the vents, i've changed the heater matrix thermostat and the radiator, took every coolant pipe off and flush through for blockages but there isn't any. Is there anything else it could be? heater control or something? any help would be great thanks.

I had a similar thing with very little heat coming through the vents.
I changed the cabin filter which was really black & this cured the problem, so now I have a lovely warm van again.
