Help!!

I have a 2003 connect and currently I am upgrading the front bumper to a 2007 version. I have read that this bumper will fit straight on, along with front arches. Well, my bumper does not fit straight on. It appears to be 15mm short if I line one side up to the fixing's. Can anyone kindly advise me on what I appear to be over looking. Thank you in advance of your assistance.

Thats for 2009-13 front end conversion.
to convert yours to 2007 then front arches and bumper are all you need. Could it be the wheel arches are from an earlier van same as yours ?

I always thought there was 2 now I know there is 3 types
