connect04 limp mode

hi folks my names jono ive got a 04 plate connect which goes into limp mode after about 15 miles. It starts fine. Ticks over bang on and revs to the limiter without cutting out,ive used my m8s com and its giving me P0251, HELP FOLKS its had a new fuel filter Its the 18tdci,

You could use the "search" and then you'd find this lot

Hi had a similar problem with my 06 connect.Would just cut out and stop,all electrics and engine running,wait 10 to 15mins and restated it and ran again for 2/3 days and did it again.Traced to the accelerator pedal
