Looking for a 2007 ish connect

Evening all.

I don't know if this is the right place but......

I'm looking for a lwb high roof 5 seater connect. Most 2007 models I've seen at about 2.5k. Have around 100k miles.
Questions.
Fault wise, what do I need to look for?
How can I tell if the seats are factory fitted?
What sort of mpg could I hope for on a steady run?
