Can u get arm rest conversion kits for the drivers seat on Ford transit connect vans. It's a 2010 model

Don't know about conversion kit, but LX spec vans/tourneos came with drivers arm rest as standard.My 2008 model had one.

you can buy the armrest from ford together with the fixing bracket, About £175 + fitting + vat What price for comfort?
