good evening gents how can I tell if my gearbox selector cables or my gearbox is fcked crunches going into 4th and sometimes jumps out of reverse 2008 119k on the clock

Check, adjust cables 1st, if good it was the cables, if still the same it's the g/box or selector unit on the top
