Ford Connect 2014 onwards Software Update..

I noticed that my Connect was a little sluggish from very low revs when progressing up through the gears, also when turning into a junction, for example, it was a definite case for first gear rather than using low end torque. So, my local garage who are ex Ford mechanics suggested a diagnostic and software update as applicable.. my van despite having full Ford service history has obviously never had updates as they were two versions out of date. Well.. all done and a very noticable difference to say the least.. there is now much more low down torque and also drivability has seemingly increased throughout...
If yours isn't done it's worth a punt at tour next service...

Wouldn't it be cool to be able to see a list of model software updates by date and bug fix

Too true... driven mine again today over a similar route to the one where I had problems.. so so different!!!
