Hello - and a quick question.

Postby Yikkerman » Wed Jun 28, 2017 12:27 pm

Looking to purchase a Transit Connect. Have seen one I fancy on Autotrader and have been researching about the DPF issues.
Had a nightmare a few years ago with a Mazda 1.6 so want to be armed with all the info before I dive in. The one im looking at
is a 2010 T220 1.8tdci. Ive looked it up on Etis and it throws the following up

Primary Features
Build Date: 26.10.2010
Vehicle Line: Transit Connect 2002-
Cab Style: Regular Van
Series: 80 Series
Engine: 1.8L Duratorq TCD FGT (90PS) - Lynx
Transmission: 5-Speed Manual Trans - MTX75
Drive: RHD FWD
Axle Ratio: 4.06
Emission: Stage 4 Requirement LDT
Does this indicate it HAS a dpf or not ???
Thanks in advance - what did we do before we had forums like this ???

I asked the same question before I bought mine, see thread:

I would like to say that your target vehicle is a EuroCat4 90 and won't have it, but I'm not going to. It's easy to tell by putting your head under.
