ford connect vacuum hose

hi

just got a 1.8 tdci connect on 55 plate

on inspection we have a vacuum pipe it run out off top off relay on the bulk head then runs towards the turbo the just hang and cant see where it is suppose to go it looks like it should connect to another pipe any ideas

Top pipe on solenoid goes to air filter box, look behind the large inlet hose you will see the connector there
