Locking problem

Hi there
After abit of help please
Picked up a connect 2005 yestday drive home yep fine gave it a tidy up today it went to lock the van wouldent lock from the two front doors but managed to lock it from the back went to unlock it agin and no doors would unlock long story short had to jimmy the window and unlock it lol.. so this time I left the window down and tried to lock the van again it locked unlock fine second time I tried it it locked and wouldent unlock even from the inside child locks are on and no doors will open so abit stuck I only have one key it's just normal one non electric it does look abit worn so wonderi if this is the reason so iv called up about getting a spare cut and the man asked me £50 I will add that the key still works in the ignition but I can't seems to unlock any doors I would of though they would of still opened from the inside even if the doors are locked and help really appricated guys

Child locks.....do you mean the deadlocks are on

You can open from the inside if they're single locked, but not if they're deadlocked.

Turning on the ignition should release the deadlocks, so the door can then be opened from inside

That's th problem I'm having turning the van over still won't take the dead lock off
