connect 1.8 tddi clutch?

clutch has started slipping so im looking at a replacement.. only im not entirely sure if its DMF or SMF? would i need to replace the flywheel or can i just fit a new clutch plate? and what brand?

its an 06 connect 1.8 tddi with about 90k on the clock. previous owner had a habit of slipping the clutch instead of using brakes at lights

I'm not totally sure about a 06 model, but just changed my clutch on a 04 tdci and it is a SMF. Used a LUK Clutch kit without release bearing and it works fine.

its a mk1 connect. is the flywheel the same setup on both tdci and tddi engines?
