using a hi top connect as a fridge van (yes - long shot)

Postby philipc » Fri Jul 21, 2017 11:12 am

hello

I have a LWB hi top connect. 10 years old. it's redundant, and i am trying to think of a use for it before i sell it.

Years ago i saw a brochure for the then Transit Connect which had a fridge actually in the back of the van. In other words, someone had put a fridge into the van to convert it into a small, workable cold space. (does that make sense?)

i'm sure i saw this - i may be dreaming.

i could use a small, mobile refrigerated space. for festivals etc.

Anyone have any thoughts about this? is this possible?

2nd Connect had breakdown insurance and an engine swap, see how long it lasts.....
