new to forum with a ford connect need help

Hi Chaps new to this forum> I have a 2005 t220 tdci connect and need to by pass the aircon clutch. I believe this is done in the aircon relay I need to connect two power blades they are marked 1-4 which one do I connect or is there a better way. Many thanks
