What year is your van. Did you replace dpf with genuine ford part?.

I had the same problems with my 2012 connect and i was told that euro 5 engines and newer need genuine ford dpf's. The guy i used said if i used a non genuine one it would clear for a while and come come back, like the problem youve now got. Maybe he was right?

I had egr and dpf delete plus stage 1 remap and the dpf emptied for £320. Which i thought was a good price, i had been having trouble with the egr for ages aswell and it cured all my problems in one go. I had it done at Maxtream in Wisbech, they know there stuff there. http://www.maxtreme.co.uk/

It will cost you a lot more now if you get pulled over for road side emission check - (NOT A STANDARD DIESEL SMOKE TEST :!: :!: :!: )

As from 1st August 2017 - DPF deletes EGR valves removed or tampered with ie blanking plates & DPF/EGR mapped out.
Will result in DVDA giving you 10 days to have fault/Defect corrected. If you don't, fine will be issued & your vehicle BANNED from being used on the road :!: :!:
