fitting side steps on a mk1 connect advice needed

Right guys need a bit of help, bought some side steps for the connect brand new but with no instructions.

I've worked out where the rear bracket fits but im puzzled to where the front bracket goes or how it attaches, could anyone whos got them on there connects post me a pic of there brackets underneath, so i can get a rough idea of where its got to go and if i need to drill it anywhere
