ECM code P1633

2014 Transit Connect LWB. I ran over a piece of tire and within 30 seconds the check engine light came on. The code that came up is P1633 and its hard set, cannot clear it, only 2 symptoms I can detect is that sometimes its a little hard to start and I can no longer set the time and date on the clock and the time chances extremely slowly. We put the car on a lift and inspected the whole undercarriage for damage but nothing was detected, we checked fuses to ECM (32 and 33) both are good. Any suggestions?

While I'm not that familiar with the connect, I'd have a good look around the alternator wiring.

Looks like KAM (keep alive memory) voltage low
