Mot advisory

Hello guys! Glad i found the forum.

Im looking in buying a ford transit connect 2006 , it has 117k miles on the clock and the dealer is asking for 1790.

Now I've checked the last mot and found the following advisories :

Front Front constant velocity joint gaiter damaged, but preventing the ingress of dirt both (2.5.C.1a)
Front Anti-roll bar ball joint dust cover deteriorated, but preventing the ingress of dirt both (2.4.G.2)

Anyone can advise me in how serious these might be to fix ? I don't know anything about mechanics im afraid.

Have a word with the dealer and get him to do them in the price of the van as part of the deal
