Relay help needed!

[LC39]

Hi guys. I seem to have developed a problem with 2003 connect, the battery is completely flat in the morning, a relay is clicking behind the glove box and Ive noticed the needles stay lit up on the dash once turned off. I can't seem to find anything about the relay, only that it's numbered R23 on the box. I cant even find a diagram for it. Any help greatly appreciated
