Connect engine conversion

Hi , I've got a 05 tdci connect , which don't go as well as it looks, makes clicking sounds until warm , so .... looking for somebody in south Devon area ,which can fit another engine but not another connect engine would like maybe focus or bigger plus a 6 speed box , will purchase a doner vehicle , once I know what I have to buy ,so will have ecu key..etc...
Anybody know somebody willing to take on project ....price ???
Love my connect just doesn't go as well
