Gear noise in transit connect HELP

Hi guys after some help with my van
It’s a connect 1.8 TDI (75) t200 .... it’s developed a bad rattle grinding noise when driving it’s slightly noticeable in gear 3 but really bad in 4th and 5th ... not having any issues or noises when pressing and realising the clutch no noise when I’m im in neutral clutch feels fine and it goes into the greas ok aswell it’s like a clunky metal grinding noise

I’m no mechanic and any pointers in the right direction would me much appreciated thanks guys and have a good day
