Focus c max seats into a connect?

Anybody know if focus c max seats are an easy fit into the connect (2005). I've been offered a pair of leather heated c max seats for a good price, and the seller tells me they are a straight fit into the connect, which I'm dubious about as from what I understand no seats are a part for part fit.

I don't know about a 'straight fit' but you are right to be wary. Even with the ST170 Focus seats i have in mine, it took quite a bit of fabrication to get them in - especially with the passenger seat being so different! Fitting most seats is possible, but just expect to have to break out the angle grinder and hacksaw! Make sure you use high-tensile nuts and bolts, and get the angles right.
Someone else is bound to have tried with the seats you are getting, so keep looking and asking. One of the best ideas is to look at the layout of the fixing points (measure etc) and compare with the original setup, and make sure there is enough room between the edge of the passenger seat and the center console
