ford sync/bluetooth packed up

Hi,i have a ford connect 20oo limited,64 plate, the bluetooth has failed completely ,will not pick up any phones does not work on aux,i have got a replacement module, can any one tell me where the module is in this van,i have tried all the methods such as pulling the fuse and disconnecting the battery with no luck, any information would help,
