Front Bumper Removal... Help Needed

Sorry to keep pestering with help Needed posts. I have to remove the front bumper to have it painted. Can anyone point me in the right direction of the process to do this. Many thanks

Just replied to your PM

1. Remove intercooler cover/duct. then remove all screw for top grille reinforcement.
2. Remove number plate & you'll find 2 holes for main bolts securing bumper in place.
3. Unclip both front wheel arch trims from front bumper. Behind wheel arch trim you'll find 2 bolts on each side securing bumper inplace
Remove them.
4. Bumper should pull freely from van. Remember to unclip ambient air temp sensor from bumper bottom grille
