Do 2027 connect wheels fit on 2010 model

I've got 2015 ones on my 2012.

Believe they're the same?

Great just bought a set,
15” on the older connect and 16” on new one, just wasn’t sure about offset and bolt pattern,

Yes. They fit. You can’t fit 15” wheels from the old model in the new model tho, needs to be at least 16”.
