2009 connect side loading door glass

Tried searching for this to no avail I want to put glass in my side loading doors but can’t find any except 2nd hand doors with glass already fitted Has anyone done this or got a solution ?

I think you will find that the door panels are a different shape. You cannot easily fit glass to solid doors. It would protrude beyond the normal side shape. I bought two S/hand doors and fitted.

Maybe my version fix your problem. I convert my Connect in a basic camper. So i need a window to ventilate the "living room", in addition, for reasons of safety, to look through while turning. So i visit my local caravan finisher and ask for a caravan window. We find one that fits the sloping surface without warping the metal. He install me the window including a subframe and i cover it with wood and a roller blind.

I really would buy some second hand from a tourneo connect and get them painted. Is it really worth the hassle long term? And them being secure would be an advantage.
