Where/how to buy this part in the UK...

Postby Chrrris » Thu Jul 05, 2018 8:13 pm

Hi. I'm new. And I'm a bit crap with vans and cars so please bear with me...

I have an 2006 Connect, 1.8L, TDCi. The hose in the attached picture seems to be leaking oil quite badly. I've had a look and it seems easy enough to replace (pushes on at one end, and a threaded nut holds the other end in place.

I think it's a vacuum line going into the vacuum pump. My questions are:-

1) Have I identified the right bit? Does it sound plausible that a split in that braided hose will be causing an oil leak?
2) Assuming I've identified the right part. Where/how do I go about buying a replacement. I've tried googling every combination of "vacuum hose/line transit connect tdci" etc., and I've tried searching on the europarts website and Camberley Auto Factors. Can't come remotely close to finding a link to the right bit. I'm happy to either order online, or go to a local branch of somewhere. Just need to get this sorted.

Sorry for the newbie questions.
