Upgrading to newer any downside?

Might be a bit late to post this, I have had my 08 plate 110 230LX for a few years, but for a while have had a hankering for a later model, the 08 has been a pretty good servant and now has 91K on the clock. It has an electric pack - windows, heated mirrors, elec mirrors and heated screen but no A/C.

So today, I found a 2016 LWB, trend, with the heated screen, 26K, lovely drive, so bought it.

Anything to look out for? I couldn’t find any issues with it, but should I be aware of any likely to come up?

Also, what price should I sell the 08 for, High roof, 230LX electric pack, 91K, service history, oil changed very 6K, reasonable nick, ply lined. I don’t know of any problems with it. Had all belts changed at 80K and a new turbo at 52K.
