Transit connect lack of power

Postby ThomasRad » Wed Jul 25, 2018 10:42 pm

Hi everyone, I'm really hoping you can help.

I have a 2007 1.8 tdci t230 connect.

The van has been giving me very little power, with a fault code P010f, so I tried disconnecting the MAF mass airflow sensor and the power came back.

Obviously I couldn't leave it like this so I figured a brand new sensor, plugged it in and then the lack of power happened again consistently.

Does anyone have a clue what might be the problem because I know the engine has power but it looks like the computer doesn't want to give it when the sensor is plugged in.

Many thanks
Thomas
