Transit connect dpf code p2463 and hesitation

Hi folks I have recently bought a 2012 connect van 1800 TDCI 110 limited model the van had p2463 dpf fault code when I bought it so I had it regenerated at a local garage ,I found a receipt for a new dpf filter and sensors 10 months ago and was told it re gened fine .the van drove fine for a week then one morning on the way to work the eml light came back on and same code p2463 I have been driving it for over a week now with the eml light on and it’s not lacking power but I have noticed it hesitates between 1500 and 2000 revs when driving apart from that it seems fine starts up 1st time .

Just wondering if anyone had any ideas as it’s pickling my brain ?? Thanks in advance .

Thanks for that vaporisor fuse is ok ,is that thread suggesting the cylinder glow plugs could cause dpf problems ? Regards,Paul
