Tddi into tdci

New to the forum hoping someone can help have fitted 1.8tddi from a mk2 fucus into 1.8tdci connect having a couple of issues with wiring have changed fuse box and engine loom, ecu key and barrel and reader, have read that the mk2 focus has pats fitted into the clocks have checked and has 1 wire going into the clocks can anyone confirm if will have a pats system fitted also can it be done using original tdci dash loom or will that have to be changed? Any help would be appreciated thanks
