Thanks for letting me join the forum.
I have purchased a Transit Connect 2012. I'm having problems getting the Bluetooth up and add my phone to the radio. I'm pressing the green phone and just goes into mute each time..ive taken the back wires out and there is a black wire which I am not sure is normal?
