Ford transit connect 1.5 2018 P0001 NON STARTER ?

Van was running when engine changed and now with the new secondhand engine its a non starter and the code P0001 comes up as open circuit fuel control valve . No power to fuel control valve and no power to injectors . Pump is not building up to desired pressure . Any ideas ??

does that mean:
1. it was running before engine change.then you changed the engine ..and its not running now

or does it mean:
2..you changed the engine ..then it was running ..now its not.
...................................................................................................

if 1. ..then the new engines injectors and maybe other things will have to be coded to the ecu

if 2 ..no idea ..

suggest putting this search line into youtube ..and watching all the videos

sorry but i know less than you about this engine, but that is where i would search for the answer. and if i didn't answer this post ..the way its going here , there is a chance, no one else would ..so at least you got a reply

Hi its not my van there was a problem with the head and the engine was smoking badly. I did not change the engine i am trying to help the guy get his van back on the road
