Initially was looking at supplying just kits but if people wanted the mod to be done then may be I can look at it. The only problem I have is that this little project is being done outside of work so not sure if I can do it on the works premises but I havent asked so maybe it will not be a problem.

What are peoples opinions of doing an exchange where I have a painted up rear axle and if some one wants one they send me theres and I send them the modified one. I know some will want to keep there own but this maybe a quick turn around option.

How low do you estimate it to drop rearwise? 2" 5"?

How are you going about lowering the rear. Is it where your placing the axle above the leaf spring?

I've seen photo's of this and it looks too low for my liking.
Would really love to lower my Connect. Would love to find another way of doing it. Maybe getting the leaf springs re-cambered is best option

This is the best way. You can have plates welded to the rear leaf spring mounting point to raise the rear of the van if you want it low but not belly scrapping low. This has been done on here and is common for lowering caddy's. It comes with the v-maxx kit

I'll try and dig a picture out for you........

EDIT:..........like this

Guys I know it wouldn't be a cheap option but has anyone considered a airbag set up ? Best of both worlds then ! Dump it when you want to but raise it whilst working/loaded :-)

Well that would not be a work van for me that could carry any weight. Yes it looks cool but at what cost to doing your job safely. Waiting to hear of the 1st failure at speed, lol. What a mess that would make.
