Glued the door rubbers back on with Gorilla Glue after the hot glue gun failed

This is amazing stuff. It expands more than I expected and sticks like sh*t to a blanket.

Spring season's first serious wash, cabin cleaning and trim refreshening. The van has to be nice and clean to pick up alloys for summer tyres next week.

Now I read it'll start snowing again tomorrow.

um... Took a photo of the roof where there is what looks like stress fracture which is now letting buckets of water inside when it rains and starting to rust the anchor point. Got the sander and welder out and then it started raining so I went back inside.

I'd also like to ask if anyone knows... in the photo there is a line running the whole way along the channel in the roof that feels soft. This is obviously not a metal weld but a tape or some type of foam or rubber seal? If I sand away the paint I will inevitably cut into this as it is over part of the crack. What is it made of if I need to replace it? I've noticed its on the inside as well around the joins of the wheel arches and the floor.
Sorry, photo has come up sideways

In my opinion, this is not normal. Maybe someone try to fix the rust problem without success.
Have a nice day.

Its seam sealer, it cracked with the heat, the cold, the movement of the van and water gets under it and then it starts to rot. As there no seam on the top side of the van this is where on both sides the roof panel joins

I made my windscreen washers work properly!

I found that the filter/grommet thingy on the bottom of the tank was completely blocked up with gunge.

Hi.
Should have posted this yesterday, sorry.
Changed the alternator at 6:30 in the morning :(
Dog training started at 8:30 and we've got a 30 min ride to get there, which meant I was under pressure. It was a succes, the Connect is now charging the battery and the dog learned a little good behaviour :D
The old alternator suddenly let go, driving home from work. Had to turn off all electrics to avoid loosing to much battery power, and luckily made it home.
