Depends on budget, simple axle flip for rear and springs on front would lower by around 40mm at the front and about 75mm at the rear (can alter with adjustable hangers) Can go lower but cost more.

Just had a bit of a look and I do have a set of original mrk2 focus Rs springs

Just put carpet down in the back and front and chucked one of my ioplay hands free kits in with the original stereo just waiting to get the code for the original stereo and waiting for a new rear door to be delivered

Removed the plasma dial face and replaced it with new stainless steel one with logo from Metal Monkey. Also had LED's changed to blue and fitted a chrome trim around the dials to make it feel less van and more car.

Yep thats what I thought. Here the new one taken in the dark with lights on. Blues a little washed out as I turned the flash off on my phone when I took it but looks a lot better.
