Ok drilled a 9mm hole and fitted the EGR blank plate today. All seems well and no dash light, however I don't notice any power gains :(

Do a search on here - you will find several members on here that have tried fitting a full EGR blank on Euro 4 engines & they have thrown on MIL light
One when a small hole will be ok

NOTE:- If there's a problem with EGR valves on Euro 4 engines a blanking plate will not fix it :!:

New exhaust fitted, everything after cat is new. Glow plugs still in their box, need to drink some more tea and look at them for a while longer.
