why do you not get any judder as you pull away then ? is that not the idea of the springs ?? and even more so on a DMF one would be an a**hole to pull away ??

When I changed my clutch the springs on the friction plate were loose. Nice new clutch no more noise.

at that rev range could be EGR related or fuel injection related.

disable EGR and try it.

Dmf normal noises normally start from idle and stop at say 1.5k, That is when thewy are active its a good idea to drive above this to not abuse DMF.

Also high gear at low revs really labouring will always put most pressure on clutch and flywheel, so if no noises then you cabn safely say its not clutch flywheel related, and look at other things like transmission, driveshafts, engine.

And pretty sure the 90ps connects only have DMFs fitted.

I have just had one with a rattle at lower engine speeds - the lower alternator mount had cracked.
