Hello! I have a desire to get to TM15 from Ukraine, I have a foreign passport, I don’t need a Schengen visa, but I need a British one.
To obtain a British visa, I may need an invitation from someone from the UK.
Among other obvious problems, I don’t know English, although I can say my name and ask for help.

Im sure we will be able to manage using google translate etc?

I don't think many of us speak Ukrainian but im sure a few of us have some (basic) skills in other european languages if you know any others?

Of the European languages, I only know Russian well and can communicate with a Pole. He speaks Polish, I speak Ukrainian.
So far, the main problem I see is that paperwork to obtain a British visa will cost about a third of my savings in euros and dollars.
At the Forum we make good use of Google Translate.
Many years ago, in Kiev, I gave a lift to an American from Minneapolis, he did not know Russian, much less Ukrainian, I remembered a couple of dozen English words from the school curriculum, but we had a great conversation!
