If you want to do a demo... thats fine by me!

I have never done a timing chain on a transit.

I have lots of things I need to do to my van, so I was planning on doing some mechanicing while im there for demos

Thats a good idea... but mine need doing too

So far we have (confirmed will happen)

EPIC ESOS plunger replacement (Me)
Bosch Injection Pump (Mk 4/5 & mk6 tddi) dissection & discussion (AndyPDQ)

I will try and come up with a few more bits and pieces, but if I do them they will be mk4/5 orientated (because of my area of expertise!) If anyone else wants to volunteer to do a demo they will be more than welcome.

There will also be the ad-hoc bits and pieces like we had last year too

As mentioned above, I will be doing a presentation on Bosch injector pumps, we will cover how they work, and why you shouldn't be afraid of pulling them to pieces yourself. VE mechanical pumps as fitted to 2.5 Dis and the VP 30 electronic on Mk 6. I will be bringing a few pumps in various states of disassembly and a bucket full of loose bits, so you can see every part of their anatomy. They are not as complicated and mysterious as the diesel engineers would like you to believe

I think it will be happening Saturday, Matt will confirm exactly when. All welcome. :D
The first Mk 6 mechanical TDDI, giving electronics the finger, since April 2013

Perfection is reached, not when there's nothing left to add, but when there's nothing left to remove.
